Finding Your Way — A program of the Alzheimer Society of Ontario designed to help caregivers prevent missing incidents and crisis before they occur. The program is specifically targeted to eight different multicultural groups: English, French, Cantonese Chinese, Mandarin Chinese, Punjabi,Italian, Spanish,Urdu, Arabic, Tagalog and Portuguese.
